[First a look at online book ordering in general, then the book list...] These
are the two best choices for searching for books: Powell's (in Portland, Oregon) has the world's largest collection (over 1 million) of used and out-of-print books in stock, as well as new books. They're used to taking international orders, paid via credit card or wire transfer. (I often check them first. Great service. I've gotten a number of fairly out-of-the-ordinary used books from them, and they've been in great condition; each used book's condition is always noted.) They're a very fun place to visit in person, too! Since they specialize in used books, this is a great place to look when you discover on Amazon that the book is "O.P" - out of print.
Amazon (of course, you know of it) - Their alternative health collection is quite good. (I've ordered from them many times.) Notes: Many of the books available only in paperback from Amazon are available in earlier hardbound editions from Powell's. Amazon now offers books, both new and used, from other vendors - so I haven't tried to indicate whether or not a book is currently O.P. (besides which, these things change :^).
